exclusively for the students at Southeast Missouri State University,
Olive’s is a new express dining destination that combines many
popular coastal Italian flavors into a single concept. Offering
authentic favorites along with creative inspirations in a student
friendly quick service format.
Olives have
been a cultivated and culinary staple throughout Mediterranean
cultures for thousands of years and it’s these regional dishes that
have been fused with classic American cuisine to form the basis of
Olive’s menu. Not only are the flavors robust and classic, but they
also feature some of the health benefits of Mediterranean cuisine.
On this menu
you will find fresh made salads, traditional Italian paninis,
toasted baguettes and the latest trend in restaurant cuisine
-Mediterranean Flatbreads. Flatbreads are a hip new food concept
offering seasonal upscale ingredients and toppings on an ultra thin
crusted flatbread. The Flatbread is in a rectangular shape with big
flavors but light and toasty.
