Rotations

 

Rotations is a new approach in retail dining that is designed to provide multiple menu options in a single location. As the name implies, rotations in not just a single static dining concept but rather a compilation of cafes that rotate on a weekly basis. Each concept will run from Thursday-Wednesday to provide additional variance during the week.

Rotations is made up of five different concepts that will rotate during the semester. Each concept is unique and will feature a menu that is not already available on campus. Each semester, guests will vote on their favorite concepts and the five most popular choices .

The current concepts are:

 

 

The Hill: A build your own pasta station.

 

Am-Asian: American style Asian cuisine.

 

Chicagoland: Italian beef sandwiches and topped hot dogs.

 

AM All Day: Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, why does it have to be eaten before 10:45.

 

KCQ: Kansas City BBQ entrees smoked on premises using a Treager(R) Grill.
